Making sure that each specific nuance of your dream is properly managed from start to finish. We have invested heavily in systems that allow us to maximize our time with you. Our Process
How we work for you.
After we have a first call, with our owner, he will assign you to an agent who will be your point of contact and will assist you in planning your travel dreams. Of course, our owner is with you along the way should you need his assistance, but your agent will be the person who is most invested in your achieving your dream vacation. That agent will assist in planning, research, booking, payment processes, insurances, flight arrangements and so much more.
Your Dreams
When it's time to depart.
Once you are booked, you'll receive a travel binder about 1-2 weeks prior to your travel start date. This binder will be filled with tips, tricks, deck plans for ships, shopping guides for trips and all the things you may not have thought about. Of course, our What to Wear guide and What to Pack guides are available in your client onboarding kit, which has grown based on our clients wants and needs. We really take things slowly, but we like to be unhurried, so, you can relax.
